Switch Anytime - No Need to Wait for the Lease to Expire.

A common misconception is that you have to wait until your current tenant’s lease ends before you can change property managers. This is not the case. The lease is a legal agreement between you and your tenant; your management agreement is a separate contract entirely. You have the right to change your agency at any time, even if a tenant just signed a fresh 12-month agreement yesterday. We simply take over the current lease exactly as it is.
